Day 1: Arrival at Kigali International airport
After completion of customs and immigration formalities you will be met at the airport by our representative/driver guide, transfer to the hotel where you will have your safari briefing.

After breakfast, enjoy unforgettable experience of “Thousand Hills Trail” (Congo Nile Trail)

In the afternoon of day 5, enjoy the scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Day 7: Departure
After breakfast, enjoy the scenic drive back to Rwanda proceeding to Kigali International airport for your departure flight.
Day 2: Kigali - Gisenyi
After breakfast, enjoy City tour including Kigali Genocide Museum (a grim reminder of senseless massacre of innocent’s lives in 1994) then enjoy a scenic drive to Gisenyi in the northwester of Rwanda. Gisenyi is a beautiful lake resort town on the shores of the Lake Kivu. Lake Kivu is the greatest Lakes in Rwanda and is in the Albertine (western) Rift valley, a part of the Great Rift Valleys. The lake is a 2650 Square kilometer freshwater expanse and the largest of all the lakes that fill the valleys of Rwanda. Spend the evening by the Lake shores.

Day 6: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – Mountain Gorilla trek
After an early breakfast, report to the park headquarters for gorilla trekking formalities and briefing on the gorillas’ etiquette. Your trek will vary in length depending on where gorillas will be found you may see other primates in the forest including the black and white Colobus monkey, red-tailed monkey and chimpanzee. After locating gorillas, you will spend one hour in their company before retracing your steps back down the volcano slopes. After lunch visit Buhoma community cultural performance and walking experience; the local society operates a village walk which takes one- three hrs. This immerses visitors in village life. Include the traditional healer a typical homestead and a beer brewery.
