Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport

After completion of customs and immigration formalities you will be met at Entebbe international airport by our representative/ driver guide, transfer to your hotel, have safari briefings.

Day 3: Chimps trek - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After breakfast, enjoy a guided primate walk in the lush expenses of the tropical forest, in search of the chimpanzees. Your guide will explain you more about the animals and plants species that you encounter on your way. Also look out for other primates like the Black-and-White Colobus Monkeys, Red-tailed Monkeys, and different type of birds, tracks of mammals and much more. The hike takes about 2 to 4 hours, depending on the movement of the chimpanzees. Watch these amazing creatures eating, resting and playing. After trek, return to the Lodge for lunch and then proceed to Bwindi National park.

Day 5: Departure

After breakfast, enjoy the scenic drive through farms and the Ankole cattle well known for their long horns. Have en-route lunch stopover and then proceed to Entebbe International airport for your departure flight.

Day 2: Kampala – Kibale Forest National park

After breakfast we will depart Kampala and head west to Kibale National Park. Driving through the verdant countryside we will pass traditional homesteads and farms. Lunch stopover in the town of Fort Portal rests in the shadow of the fabled Mountains of the Moon.

Day 4: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park:

After an early breakfast, report to the park headquarters, for gorilla trekking formalities and briefing on the gorillas’ etiquette. Your trek will vary in length depending on where gorillas will be found you may see other primates in the forest including the black and white Colobus monkey, red-tailed monkey and chimpanzee. After locating gorillas, you will spend one hour in their company before retracing your steps back down the volcano slopes. Have lunch at the Camp and then visit Buhoma community cultural performance and walking experience. the local society operates a village walk which takes one- three hrs. This immerses visitors in village life. Include the traditional healer a typical homestead and a beer brewery.
