After completion of customs and immigration formalities you will be met at the Airport by our representative/ your safari driver guide, have your Safari briefing and then drive to Musanze in the northwest part of Rwanda, the main base town for Gorilla tracking

After an early breakfast, again report to the park headquarters now for gorilla trekking formalities and briefing by the Volcanoes National Park’s guides on the gorillas’ etiquette. You will be assigned to a specific group of gorillas. Your trek will vary in length depending on which gorilla group you have been assigned to. After locating your assigned Gorilla group you will spend one hour in their company before retracing your steps back down the volcano slopes. Have lunch at the lodge and then enjoy the scenic transfer back to Kigali.

After an early breakfast, drive to the park headquarters where you will have briefings and formalities for the Golden monkeys trekking. The Golden monkeys are rare, beautiful and distinctive bamboo-associated primates of the blue monkey family and Endemic to the Albertine Rift Valley. These adorable apes will keep you marveling in wonder of how they carry out there daily activities, and the way they are closely related to the human beings, they are tremendous fun to watch as they squabble and play in fruiting trees. After Golden monkeys trek, drive back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch proceed to “Iby’ Iwacu” Cultural Village

After breakfast, take up Kigali city tour including a visit to Gisozi Genocide Museum, reflecting on the 1994 Rwandan genocide and thereafter, proceeding to the airport for your departure flight.
